Nebraska Administrative Education Professionals (NAEP) is a dedicated community of administrative professionals working alongside the Board of Education and other office personnel to support public education. Their role is essential in fostering collaboration and ensuring smooth operations that serve the best interest of education and students within the school district.
The Nebraska Association of School Boards is pleased to provide support to the members of this associate organization in the interest of effective board governance and leadership.
Who can join NAEP?
NAEP represents a network of 270+ professionals including district and ESU secretaries, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, business managers, and other office staff who work closely with the Board of Education, Superintendents, and ESU Administrators.

- NAEP Discussion Board: A platform for members to connect, share insights, and network with peers across the state.
- Document & Resource Library: A shared library and Google folder offering useful materials to support daily responsibilities.
- Virtual Learning Events: Engage in Table Talks and Lunch & Learns – sessions designed to share best practices, tips, and expert knowledge tailored to administrative roles.
- Annual State Convention: An opportunity to come together with fellow NAEP members for learning, collaboration, and networking. This event features breakout sessions on a variety of topics and dedicated time for group discussions with members in like-positions.
