This conference, presented annually the week prior to Thanksgiving, traditionally offers school leaders the latest in educational information and technology through such activities as preconference workshops, keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and commercial exhibits.

15 awards of achievement points will be earned for attending

(REGISTRATION)

Registration for the 2024 State Education Conference will open Wednesday, September 11. 

Go to the My Membership tab above and log in using your email and password. If you do not have an email and password to log in or have forgotten it, please contact NASB at 402-423-4951 for assistance.

Registration fees for the conference are as follows: 

  • Registration: September 11 - November 8 = $325
  • Late-Registration: November 9 - On-Site = $375
  • Pre-Conference Registration = $100
  • Board Member Elect = $175
  • Cancellation Fee (Prior to 11/8) = $150
  • Non-Member = $750
  • No refunds after the registration deadline
  • Substitutions are done at no charge

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

NOTE: (Sept 25) ... The Omaha CVB is working to correct an issue with booking hotel rooms for State Conference. If you’d like to book a room at the Hilton, please click on "Attendee", not “I have an access code”, and then your NASB Registration # will be entered on the next page.

  • To reserve accommodations at the Conference Hotels you must FIRST register for the conference as described above.
  • Once your conference registration is complete, you will receive an email with your NASB Registration code and a Conference Hotel reservation link.  The code will not be activated until 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, September 25, 2024
  • Submit your Conference Hotel Room Request Wednesday, September 25, 2024.
  • The Omaha Convention & Visitors Bureau will act as the housing agent for all properties.
  • Hilton Omaha - 1001 Cass Street ... $151 per night, room requests will be accepted until October 20, or until full.
  • Omaha Marriott Downtown - 222 North 10th Street ... $171 per night, room requests will be accepted until November 8, or until full.
  • A reservation at one of the above is not required to attend the State Education Conference.
