The target audience for this workshop is the leadership team includes Board Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Superintendents or ESU Administrators. Team building will include board governance, meeting protocols, policy, etc.

  • Association Overview
  • Social and Dinner

Thursday, June 8 - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM 

  • Continental Breakfast
  • Review Superintendent-Board Governance Audit
  • Create a Leadership Timeline and Calendar [90 days]
  • Review current Superintendent Evaluation and Board Self-Assessment
  • Consider meeting protocols [i.e., board meeting agenda and minutes]
  • Lunch
  • Review board committee structure
  • Discuss and consider policy review process
  • Review and discuss the need for district-board goals/strategic plan

REGISTRATION

Registration fees for the workshop are as follows:

  • NASB Member Registration Fee $165
  • Cancellation Fee $25
  • No refunds after the June 2nd registration deadline.
  • 15 awards of achievement points will be earned for attending
